Emotional Release Therapy is a gentle yet powerful approach that helps you release trapped emotions — grief, anger, shame, fear — not by talking them away, but by feeling them safely in the body. Most of us were never taught how to process emotion in a healthy way. We were taught to suppress, distract, or power through.

But emotions don’t just disappear. They store themselves in our nervous system, our muscles, our breath. Over time, they can show up as anxiety, fatigue, or even physical pain.

In a session at Internal Freedom, we hold space for you to connect with what your body has been trying to say. There’s no need to perform, explain, or fix anything. You are simply supported to feel and release — in a safe, loving space.
